COVID-19 Information and Response

To our past and future guests, we can’t wait to host you on your next Black Hills vacation. We are taking reservations and dedicated to providing you with a comfortable stay. As part of our response to the situation, we have made the following updates to our policies:


We have changed our 60-day final payment policy to payment being processed in the month of the arrival date. If in the concern of COVID 19, we are allowing guests to rebook their stay into 2021- as long as they confirm 2 weeks prior to arrival. Situations that occur closer to the date of arrival will be discussed with each guest.


We are following recommendations by the state health department and CDC. Extra blankets and pillows will not be as available as the past. All beds will have change out linens between each group. Suggest if extra pillows and blankets are needed for your group please bring those items with you. If time allows we will have lodges sit vacant for 24 hrs between stays.

During stay

Staff will not enter the home unless permitted by the guests and prior arrangements made.
