Cancellation Policy
Since we offer Travel Insurance we cannot offer refunds. We strongly encourage purchase of travel insurance to protect your vacation.

Rules and Regulations

Executive Lodging is a booking agent/management company for vacation homes. These properties are independently owned. Lessee agrees to all terms and conditions of rental contract when final payment is made.

Payments may be made online. We accept checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

1st night rental fee plus tax is required for the initial payment with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. No refunds once payment is made. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance

What additional fees are charged?
All rentals are subject to a 5.5-8.5% sales tax depending on location, a 5% processing fee and a $49. damage insurance for accidental damages.

Do you allow pets? No
All lodges are pet free unless stated. If it is discovered that a pet had been brought to the lodge, you will be charged for professional cleaning. This policy is in consideration of future guests who may be allergic.

Is there smoking in the homes? No
All homes are smoke free. Please observe fire dangers as at High Danger times smoking is not allowed outdoors in the Black Hills. You may have to smoke in your car. If there has been smoking in the lodges, you will be charged for professional cleaning!

Can we have more guests than the stated occupancy? Yes
There is an additional charge or $20/person per night based on occupancy stated. Rally rates are higher.

Do the homes look exactly as pictured?
The pictures are accurate; however, these homes are constantly being updated and maintained. For example, it is possible for an item to be out for repairs during your visit.

Cleaning

We do not charge Hot tub or Cleaning Fees.

What cleaning is required and do we have to wash linens?
Prior to your departure dispose of all garbage and run the dishwasher.
Leave beds as they are and place dirty towels in the laundry area.
If you wish, housekeeping will take care of your departure requirements for a fee.

Amenities

What amenities are included in all homes?
Free internet, A/C, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, laundry facilities, gas grills, soaps, shampoo, hair dryers, satellite TV, bedding, towels.

What is supplied in the kitchen?
The kitchens are fully furnished with the place settings for the occupancy of the home, small appliances, and staples (i.e. coffee, spices, etc.) We cannot guarantee all these items may be there. Please inquire as to availabilities.
