Executive Lodging is a booking agent/management company for vacation homes. These properties are independently owned. Lessee agrees to all terms and conditions of rental contract when final payment is made. Click here to download the lease agreement.

Holiday Rates with a 3 night minimum: Martin Luther King; Presidents Weekend; Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas-New Year's (December 20-January 5)

Please observe Fire Danger Codes. Campfires are allowed in designated areas only and when permissible. Be advised that there may be stiff fines and jail time if fire codes are not observed.

Hot tubs: Our hot tubs are maintained and serviced by a professional service that uses the SD Department of Health's guidlines. We do not have control over the mechanical performance of private hot tubs. There will be no refunds for inoperable hot tubs. Executive Lodging is not responsible for any negligence or accidents in the use of the hot tub. The renter and guests assume all responsibilities for self and guests in the care around any hot tub. Children are not allowed in hot tubs. Persons with heart trouble and pregnant women should avoid use. No alcohol in hot tubs. Extreme care and caution must be taken. Use at your own risk!

1st night rental fee plus tax is required for the initial payment with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.No refunds once payment is made. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. A damage deposit of $1,000 is required and security deposit insurance may be purchased for $45.00 for accidental damages. Damages not covered by insurance will be the responsibility of the lessee.

All Deposits and payments for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally are non-refundable. Deposit of $1,000 + Sales Tax due initially. Second payment of $1,000 by January 15th and Final payment by April 15th. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Executive Lodging will not be held liable for damages, losses, delay or expense caused by weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Executive Lodging has the right to change accommodations without notice due to maintenance emergencies or sale of home. An attempt will be made to provide accommodations or upgrade at no additional charge. Rates are subject to change without notice, and are subject to availability.
Do you charge hot tub and cleaning fees? No
We do not charge hot tub and cleaning fees on any of our lodges. All rentals are subject to a 5.5-8.5% sales tax depending on location and a 5% processing fee.
Do you allow pets? No
All lodges are pet free unless stated. If it is discovered that a pet had been brought to the lodge, you will be charged for professional cleaning. This policy is in consideration of future guests who may be allergic.
Is there smoking in the homes? No
All homes are smoke free. Please observe fire dangers as at High Danger times smoking is not allowed outdoors in the Black Hills. You may have to smoke in your car. If there has been smoking in the lodges, you will be charged for professional cleaning!
Can we have more guests than the stated occupancy? Yes
There is an additional charge or $20/person per night based on occupancy stated. Rally rates are higher.
Do the homes look exactly as pictured?
The pictures are accurate; however, these homes are constantly being updated and maintained. For example, it is possible for an item to be out for repairs during your visit.
Cleaning
What cleaning is required and do we have to wash linens?
- Prior to your departure dispose of all garbage and run the dishwasher.
- Leave beds as they are and place dirty towels in the laundry area.
- If you wish, housekeeping will take care of your departure requirements for a fee.
Amenities
What amenities are included in all homes?
Free internet, A/C, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, laundry facilities, gas grills, soaps, shampoo, hair dryers, satellite TV, bedding, towels.
What is supplied in the kitchen?
The kitchens are fully furnished with the place settings for the occupancy of the home, small appliances, and staples (i.e. coffee, spices, etc.) We cannot guarantee all these items may be there. Please inquire as to availabilities.
